    The Environmental protection office unveiled a final regulation on Thursday for regulation major emitter of glasshouse gaseous state, like coal-fired power works, under the clean and jerk Air enactment

    start in July 2011, new root of at least 100,000 dozens of glasshouse gases a year and any existing plants that increase emanation by 75,000 dozens will have to seek license, the authority said.

    In the first two years, the EPA expects to issue about 550 permits covering the coal-fired plants, refineries, cement manufacturers, solid waste landfill and other large polluters, said Gina McCarthy, the agency’s supporter decision maker
